Hi, thanks for the feedback, here's my revision, i removed some details on the design to make it easier for embroidery and prints.

I think you are going to be the winner. Perhaps we can also get a simpler version of the logo that would print or sew well on a hat?

Great logo. We like how it is shaped like a shield or badge, which gives it a traditional feel.
