I like the curved line under the wording and the grass comming out of the name. I also like the line between the slogan which is different from the dots. The City looks ok however I am not sure it stand out as perth or represents Landscaping. I understand you were following my breif and I appreciate that. Now that I see the buildings behind I am not sure... I am interested to see how you could incorporate the parts of this logo I like into another design.
