E-skills for WomenLogo Design Contest

We like the idea of the arrow which is connected to the topic of our workshops: the internet, and we'd like to see some other variations based on this logic or maybe other colors. We don't want a long graphic something similar to the 96 creation.

Could you suggest us a variation of the #96? For exemple make the arrow bigger and not skotched to the letter e?

Hello could you modify the #148 in the same color pink as in the #96? and please propose another version of ''for Women'' ex. make it in capitals as in the #98. and try some other fonts?
