I created a visual solution to convey a healthy lifestyle that would appeal to your demographic. The design is simple yet modern and contemporary. I felt that E's had great brand equity in the name so I placed an emphasis on those letters to create a memorable logo design. This design establishes your brand as professional, yet friendly and approachable.
#74 I feel would be the best primary logo while #56 could work as a secondary mark for drinks/coffee. #56 could also be used as an icon for your menu board or for coffee cups. I tried to establish a look and feel to the brand which could be extended further.
#78 shows a color palette that works for branding purposes. These could also work as stickers to be placed on the product packaging or part of menu board or signage. I think it would be great to use natural, recycled papers like brown kraft paper (french paper company comes to mind) which would complement this color palette and reinforce your social responsibility.
