I've made a revised design but I'm having trouble submitting it, because for now the contest is in the winner selection stage, and only the first place can submit it.
is there any other way that I can send my revised design according to your feedback?

I think the E at each end needs to look more like an E because here in Perth there is a mob called RAC and they are an insurance company.
