I've made two versions with thinner and thicker horizontal line. Please let me know ASAP if you need some more revisions today because it's 1.30 AM here and I badly need some sleep.
Would you please address these notes on this logo:
"Move IN to the left so it is directly under the “I” and make the two horizontal lines the same length .. also, if the left end of the horizontal line can align perfectly with the serif of the “D”, that would be great"
Would you please send me a .pdf or an adobe illustrator file or something like that ASAP for the final review? These compressed files are difficult to see. Thanks!
Thanks. I've modified kerning and made other requested changes #124#125
I've also attached other layouts in black & white. Vector files you inquired about are a must and we are obliged to provide them among other final files.
I'm sorry but we are forbidden to contact Contest Holder outside logotournament.com before contest is over. I will be able to provide revisions on Saturday. If you think it's worth to try you are free to switch the ranking.
We’re going to make our decision by Monday. If you are willing to make the requested revisions, I can move your logo to first position while you make the revisions—or you can send me the revisions directly; whatever you prefer.
I was not aware of that. The timing of this contest has been messed up because a key member of our team had her mom die unexpectedly—then we got into the holidays.
This is second pick right now, but with these revisions it could jump to the top—it’s very good!
• take off the 3D and chrome so it’s a flat logo
• adjust kerning between GHT so the letters are not crashing into each other and so the spacing is optically similar to the DWI
• remove flourishes on the S and R (the end letters of SHINING ARMOR)
• will you try making the sword of the T in DWIGHT slightly thinner or less prominent? it’s subtle, but we’re interested in the sword not being so dominant
• Make sure the spacing between the three lines are even—right now the “IN” is closer to “DWIGHT” than it is to “SHINING ARMOR.” Give us more space between “DWIGHT” and “IN.”
Can you please give me a few variations with the notes above addressed? I have to make a final selection by Monday, so if you could get these turned around ASAP, we would appreciate it. Great work—thanks!!!
Also, we will need a vector file for the final. So, if you can create these logos as adobe illustrator (.ai and/or .eps) files in vector form, that will be great.
I added more gritty look. Please let me know if this is closer to what you look for. Putting texture takes a bit of time so it would be handy to separate design issues from texture. One intertwine with the other and we can easily get lost in this if we start to edit everything in the same time.
