#28 is looking pretty good. The only feed back I have for that one is you can't really make out the skyline due to the oval shape. Maybe we can make it square? I like the direction this is going.

I am thinking about just having the word mark as the logo, with no logo to the left except something small. What you think? I would like to see a word mark only. The size should be bigger if we just go with the word font and no logo. Maybe something small to the left like a line like you have been doing.

Basically a design like #24 but with no logo to the left, only the small line acting as a divider.

What you think? Maybe this would come across as real classy and sophisticated?

Yes, I think it could look very sophisticated. I send some options with just the wordmark.

I really like #40. I think we need to make the height of the building a little smaller because it wont fit in the header on www.dwellatlanta.com as it is now.

I would like to see #33 adjust as follows:

align the words "REALTY, LLC" to the right instead of the left, and make the font of "REALTY, LLC" a little smaller.

Can you adjust the height on # 38 as well?
