I think it is the shading on the chin and eyes that look a little angry to me. It you could make those softer, it would be perfect.

I really like your overall vision with the merged letters but I also really like the 1st ranked logo with the DW picture.. Is there a way you could incorporate the DW picture with your awesome design?
