Can you make the lines that seperate the letters into keys that cross?

We like this logo and are currently considering it for one of our top ranked spots. Is there anyway you can redo it and make it a little more unique/stand out a bit more. Our only concern is that it won't leave an impression on our clients. We want a logo that will translate well on large signs to small business cards. We like things that merge a modern/expensive look with a rustic/welcoming feel. We do like your style and we just want to see if you can come up with anything else. thanks!
