considering I told the other designer to put the note in the d I hardly see how that's copying them.. but ok.. thanks!

and prefer the lower case font for "dreamscape" - thx!

Make the "d" with the note a bit taller.. That way the note will be taller too

can you try going higher on the top part of the "d" (so there is more of the d above the note) ? thx

and maybe do the word "band" like you did on the other one with the line.. e.g;
