What is the difference between this one and 487?

I like this one 487 the best. The colors are softer. This is my first time to work with logo tournament. If I declare this one the winner, can I also have it in format with a black background like 484 and all black like 485? Sometimes I use the logo on top of black so would like to have that one for that case.

And I saw that you had submitted #489 on top of the Keller logo. Thank you for doing that so I can see how they look together.

This is my top choice right now. Can you make the font a little less bold? I have to use this log in conjunction with my real estate office logo and when I put them together, this one seems very heavy.

I like this one. Can you make the words a little smaller and the door maybe opening?

I like this one but I dont love the door shape. Is there a different door we can change it to? Can you make it a more curvy door?
