Dramatic Impact Theater and Event CenterLogo Design Contest

Hi BB,
Thanks-- you've implemented my suggestions, but I'm still not sure its the look I'm going for... this one has DRAMATIC IMPACT in Bold, very good... the grey "light", however, especially combined with the yellow, looks a little "dusty" in appearance. Maybe the "light" coming down can be light blue as in the original?
I' m also wondering if there is a better way than a circle border?

much better, thanks-- I like it without the black background, and the DITEC on the left and right side are almost lined up properly in regard to perspective, although not quite.
Can we have the THEATER and EVENT CENTER be in a little more elegant font, but still be easy to read? (also, the "and" does not need to be as big as the others, perhaps not capitalized?)

Hi! I don't care for the green, but I like the concept. Let's try it with a bolder font (still being a clearly readable one); with the circle but no filler green color. And I like the addition of the DITEC at the bottom in comparison with the blue circle one

Interesting! I don't want the all black background as it would be a huge ink-user on our copy machine, etc. I do like the marquee idea!
I'd also like the THEATER AND EVENT CENTER to be easier to read-- perhaps much larger on two lines?
Also the "perspective" lines on the DITEC portions are not drawn correctly-- for example, the one on the right should slant more down than up

There are things about this that i like, but it is "theater curtain heavy", which our stage is not, lol

Very nice! So far this captures the heart of our facility best. I'm a little wondering if it might be too "blue heavy" when printed... I wonder if the letters could be dark and the circle either lighter, or simply outlined as a circle?
Also, I'd like an easier to read font for the Dramatic Impact (the "I" in Impact looks a little strange
Can we put "Theater and Event Center maybe in two lines in the spotlight, and at the bottom add the acronym DITEC?
