Seems like a fair starting point. Not really fond of the arrows but it could grow on me. Maybe different colors would capture something more youthful

Concept appears to be ok...still not to comfortable with the logo image with the E. Maybe try other incerts of different image. Color is interesting and will spend some time thinging about it
