Dr. DaveLogo Design Contest

Entry #14: This is the best of the 6 White Splash entered. We really like the interlocking D’s. Overall, it’s probably a little too much like the Dr. Phil logo. We do like the strong, heavy font but we need to move away from the Dr. Phil look a bit. Try more creative ideas to make the D’s distinct and unique.
-We are liking the use of symbols along with the Dr. Dave, but the dove and Halo aren’t great, maybe more abstract would be better. But #16 has potential as well using a more abstract symbol if possible.

-Keep at it, lots of potential here!

#14 - We’ve had lots of feedback from our colleagues that your design holds up to all the other top choices that we have. Would you be able to add “cares” to your design somehow to see how that works? We would really like to see your design in our top 5 but we’d need to see the word “cares” added.
-We’re also liking the look of having Dr. a bit smaller than Dave, less dominant.

#104 we like a lot. Try making Dr. a bit bigger, not as big as the original though.

#104 - try a little more space between dave and cares.

We like #106 and #104 so we’ll just think about some more feedback.

We really don’t know what colours we want. We like the softer two tone blues but we should probably see lots of colours before deciding. Can you play around with colour and try and come up with some combinations for us? We want to emphasize Dr. Dave so that should be the dominant colour.

#187, 188 - We are liking the size of everything now and the same. Looks great.

Here are some variations we’d like to see:
-cares in lower case
- replace the word “cares” with the word “Currie" in the all caps: show one variation as the same size as cares, and one with it a bit bigger.
-Create #187 in all black and then in grey tones.
-Use three different colour combinations of your choice for #187.

Great, thank you for all the choices.

We still like #99 as our top choice.
The only thing we would still like to see in #99 is “cares” in lower case, no capital c.
