This is very close...feeling I need an even softer fond for the luxury properties...i saw it on another entry, but don't know how to explain it.... a line on either side and a more cursive looking font...and then, I think I'll have just what I am looking for.

This is at the very top of my favorites....Can you change the font for "luxury properties' to some type of a script or soft italic....perhaps ------luxury properties------- Lets give that a try....I love the logo, but would like the wording softer..
