I like it, but I'm wondering if we can move the "of" - it kind of doesn't read as Dove of Fire.

Also, can we incorporate a subtle fire nuance somehow? Maybe even the color can change a bit. I like the idea a lot

I have been there many times and love it ... and have you taken your groups to the bird sanctuary in Jerusalem? fascinating place.

I have a photo of myself at the sign in the Golan Heights that shows distances to other places... that might be interesting... but doubt it has the message you are looking for.
