Can we make the dark line in the home plate thinner or go away? I think that is taking my eyes to that and not the wording in the logo

Like this font for "Double Play"

Looks good!! You have good tastes. This may not be "the one" but we would like to see more from you if you have other ideas you could create. We are a real estate team, but baseball fans and want to slightly incorporate that. We also like the rustic look... we want something classy and professional. We also like the pictorial mark with the logo/team name. Hope this helps spark idea for you :-)

Can you keep this same idea but maybe change the font a bit? Something that is easier to read, not as messy yet still bold.
