I'm thinking some variations of #137 would be interesting. The more I look at #137 the more I like it... I'm going to move it up the rankings. I'm thinking its simple and interesting. Maybe one with more primary colors would fun as well.

I currently have #221 ranked #1. I like the clean nature of this logo. I think it would look really good on a Real Estate For Sale sign... Other color variation ideas that you might have would definitely be appreciated.

I also like #137 & #223 design as well.

It's amazing how such a simple design can look so solid... Great job... I like it.
