#9 and #8 are currently leading in what we are looking for. We suggest increasing the colour in the background of this design (the blue colour) you don't need to stick with blue but this could be more of a feature. Again here we would like to see a house/apartment implemented to combine with the colosseum. Please change to a more sophisticated font for the company name.

With reference to #12, #11 & #10 we appreciate your variants and ideas on the background as suggested. Our company mostly sells property to clients purchasing for lifestyle as mentioned in our brief. We sell holiday homes by the sea so high rise buildings don't really match this trend. Please use earlier suggestions to implement the sun/beauty of Rome into the logo. Many thanks for your continued efforts.

Please try taking the flames away from the sun in #14 and replace them with a warm glow

The following update has been made to our contest brief:

Regarding the stylistic sliders we wish to change the following:

1. Replace serious with playful
2. Replace elegant with sporty

We mentioned in our brief that we wished the logo to be simple. We like the simplicity of #3, #6 & #7 however they lack colour and energy which is why we also like the colour combinations of #13 & #14. We understand that by requiring three elements to the logo (colosseum, holiday house & sun or something similar to promote warmth) it is quite a task to implement all three together. We do trust that professionals such as yourselves will come up with the perfect solution soon.

We like #17 along with the new look of the colosseum however the sun could possibly be mistaken for another object here. We're pleased with the fact this design has been simplified, please play a little more with the wording. Change the style or integrate with the other images.

I'm going to play with the font and I will submit new revisions later.

#21 is an improvement but #24 has the bright happy holiday home feel which is also what we are looking for. I still see that no one has experimented with the name "Dom In Rome"

#25 With reference to the "Dom In Rome" wording we suggest a bubblier impact on the style here

#30 is a good variation. Please try adapting the wording of "Dom In Rome" in #29 to #24. We also appreciate Night Owl's contributions, it's good to see different possibilities.

A message to all: We also have another contest running to create a logo for "Esecutati SOS" Please check that out too. Looking forward to working with you guys further.

We realise we can't mix designers work but we do like the style of wording for "Dom In Rome" shown in #29. Regarding #24 please change the small house in the background with a different style of house. Maybe the house could be in another position. We like the way the house is combined with the colosseum in #29 but would still like to see the property portrayed in a different manner.

#24 is currently ranked number one. We understand that you can't mix styles from other designers but as we do like the "Dom In Rome" wording in #31, please see what you can do. Thank you.

I see you working with the "Dom In Rome" wording. What grabbed our attention was the sun as a dot on the 'I' in the other versions. Please modify the house image, move it or make it larger. We need to test the house in different positions.

Thank you for submitting #61 - #63 Could you try making #24 more of an outline logo. The line can be coloured. We're thinking while we of course prefer this logo, when you imagine it on brochures it could clash a little. The best logos of course are the neat and simple ones. We are working very well with you and have been very impressed with your reactions to our comments.

verbavolantbranding & jerukKeprok, we understand that combing designs goes against the rules but we are looking to see how the "Dom In Rome" shown in #31 would look in place of the "Dom In Rome" in #24. If successful would you agree to split the prize money? Thank you for your consideration on this.

Hi verbavolantbranding, we have noticed you have withdrawn many alternative designs, how come?
