As you'll notice I've changed elf's expression in order to look more serious and concentrated and also changed hit hat.

I think I'm liking this version more and more. I really like the paper flying around, I see messy desk and fast work at the same time. I am not wild about the graduation hat and think I would prefer a more traditional elf (pointy hat). I like the darker blue that you have used for his shirt. Also i would like to see a more serious expression on his mouth, maybe a high concentration frown.

I really like these. I like the text you used in #41. I like the dark background in #38. The Elf face looks to young, I think white hair and white beard creates a wiser looking Elf.
