I like the use of apparent 3D. I like that the word Vision is emphasized. I like that the two circles in the background can give the impression of spectacles. Please try make the circles look a little more like spectacles, while still being subtle.
On a different note, please try to make the circle on the right look more like an eye, with the rightmost edge looking like a cornea.
Finally, I think your design is close. Ideally, I would be able to give the impression of: 1. DVC and Doctors Vision Care (you're design does this) 2. Glasses are for sale at my business 3. This is the place of an eye doctor (professional/eye health). In most designs there might not be room to create the image/impression of an eye and a pair of glasses, but using overlay is a great idea.
