Hi Peter, here is my concept for your consideration. My concept is using a fish and water as the elements of the symbol. If you see deeply, the shape of the fish and the water form a Yin & Yang shape. As you know the concept of Yin Yang is a fundamental principle in traditional Chinese medicine.
