Good concept but colors are too bland

Example # 8) I like the concept. I'd be interested in seeing a design that doesn't use a globe, but that embodies our vision. In my industry the globes are somewhat cliche.

The symbol in entry #23 represents the journey (road, track).

Thanks for submitting. Can you do a design just with text. Secondly can you do a desgn tha uses a compass and incorporates the world into the compass. Thanks.
