theme on 115-116 top striations represent sun breaking down the organic matter (middle leaves) into soil (bottom brown striations).

142-147 have the d forming an abstract leaf shape with the O formed by the composted "green matter" in the center. (a couple of them also have a sun formation surrounding the O/circle of compost.

153 has "gold" effect framing the three interacting shapes (sun, leaf, compost and have the middle resulting gold as per the slogan you have.
Other versions of this basic logo have indications of the three elements of sun, leaves/green matter/organics and brown/compost, along with the resultant "gold" from the mix as an element in the center.
