I'm not sure if that means we need to move from yellow on the bottom and the purple/pink on the top, but I like how it looks in #171 where the colors are balanced and darkest in the middle. I'm ot sure it's going to work with the new color options. We will see.
I'll have to see it. Those are all the colors I like. I'd start with the yellow on the outside and see what makes the most sense. I definitely at least want to get to 4 out of the 6 colors as you work towards the center.
I like this one the best. Here is the color palette I'm using. I like the yellow to be on the outsides of the logo and for it to move to the pinks and purple in the center of the logo.
FFE466 (yellow - outside edges of logo)
FF9866 (orange - moving into center)
FF6681 (pink orange)
FF66CD (pink)
E466FF (purple - center of logo)
9866FF (purple - center of logo)
I'm liking this one the best. Can we play with some color options now? I have some color ideas, but they are at home. I will send. I know i'd like to see if with the original color palette you chose. Purple/pink to orange/pink to a yellow color. Slowly changing with each line.
There are the same brushstrokes, just one side of each of them is sharp and other bold, because we need to make that shiny lights background, this is the only way to make it with the #127 brushstrokes - #170 . Sorry, but tried everything, i swear i'm being honest with you.
Is it possible to use the same brushstrokes that you used in #127 but without the white in between the lines and with the lines still moving in this direction.
The shite is a bit too distracting. Can you remove the white between the colors? I'd love to see this with the pink, orange and yellow as well as the purple and pink (with no white between the lines)
I might also want to see one where the lines aren't painted on or brushstroke but they form a perfect circle as well. Too see which one is best - the painted brushstrokes or the solid lines like you priginally created.
Yes, this is direction I wanted to go in! Can we make the lines look more painted? They only look painted on the ends. I love how it looks like she is in the spotlight!
No, instead of the brush strokes going in a circle, they will come from where the hand is coming from (currently the white lines). I want to colorful brush strokes to make that pattern of the light coming from her hand. Let me know if you want me to draw picture and link to better explain!
Now, moving on, can we make the brush strokes coming from her hand as if there is a spot light on her and the brush strokes are the lights shining down?
Let me know if it's not possible, but I'm hoping since it's a line drawing/silhouette, we should be able to come up with an option. i appreciate the effort!
I don't want to change the silouette, I just want the arms reaching higher on the original. Does that make sense? I still want it to look like a child and not a ballerina. I just want it to look more energetic and confident.
I did that because, it isn't enough just to change hand direction ( to raise up) the silhouette is from original picture of my niece's. To make raised arm look normal according to the body you need to create a new sketch.. I hope that makes sense.
I'm not sure what I asked for and didn't ask for. I got over 150 designs and commented on many. I just want the feeling or reaching for something (goals, dreams, the stars, etc.)
Looking at the newer designs you uploaded, what if we take the brush strokes in this one, but instead of making them horizontal on the diagonal, they are more like #151 where they steam from the dancers left hand (almost like a shining light). Does that make sense? If we use these colors but allow them to slowely shift between the orange and pink I think that'd look nice too. I hope that makes sense.
Did you asked them to use the star or they used it on their own first? Sorry for bothering, but i need be sure, because there are rules on LogoTournament we must follow. By the way working on the design right now, will upload ASAP
Working on it. Just have one question, you were talking that you had a star on your logo, you mean on your own old logo or you're talking about this Logotournament contest submissions?
Hey, did you mean that you had your OWN design where the dancer was reaching up towards a star? Or you're talking about LogoTournament submitted designs? By the way i have this #111 background effect which i can use freely, so i will upload different variations with this effect shortly.
Although I might want to play with the colors more (I think this can be accomplished in the final round), is there a way to play with the idea of the dancer reaching for a star? I had one design where the dancer was reaching up towards a star that really resonated with me, but I like your designs better. This helps accomplish the idea of reaching for your goals, dreams, etc.
#128 - it's the one you requested. also i tried with straight rotated brush lines - #127 Hope you like it. Thank you for your feedbacks and feel free to ask for changes again. :)
Ok, I think I've figured out what isn't working for me with this logo. I love the colors! I just feel that it is a bit flat. Is there a way to make the background more brush strokey? Kinda like the logo on this webpage? I like how it looks painted..... https://www.joyofmotion.org/
Thanks! I'm struggling with where to go next. I love this logo but there is still something missing. My logo with set the stage for my new branding and I don't see a way to brand my studio off of this quite yet. However, I'm also not sure how to make better. Is there a way to play with something that isn't a dancer's image. Something that shows, movement, excitement, and is playful, but without an actual dancer? Just a thought.
This is getting there. I like the boldness and how it speaks to what we do, but it still does not have that "pop" yet. The thing that makes it memorable! The thing that shows we are creating unstoppable, strong young girls.

So i decided to sketch a new dancer , tried to go closer as the image you sent me. Maybe this is better now? Looking forward your feedback.

Can you shift the direction of the dancer to have her arms reaching slightly more upwards? Here is an example of what I mean when I say reaching up - https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/06/c0/db/06c0dbf99be9c61787516c14ae98f24a--ballerina-photography-dance-photography.jpg
Also, I think the star should be less of an asterisk and more of an actual star.
Once we figure out the dancer then I'll work with colors and we can finalize for good!

Can we try the original color palette with the yellow on the outside, pink stays in the middle like this one and the orangy pink on the inside?
