Alright, waiting for a message. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #185 This is my new number 1. This might be it. Let me show to my partner! 7 years ago arn commented on #179 Withdrawn #185 #186 - how about this blending? 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #174 Withdrawn I'm not sure if that means we need to move from yellow on the bottom and the purple/pink on the top, but I like how it looks in #171 where the colors are balanced and darkest in the middle. I'm ot sure it's going to work with the new color options. We will see. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #179 Withdrawn I think it's too harsh. Can it blend better? Maybe stop after the pink and make it blend between the colors? 7 years ago arn commented on #174 Withdrawn Please check revisions. 7 years ago arn commented on #174 Withdrawn Okay, will do different variations with those colors. Will upload shortly. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #174 Withdrawn I'll have to see it. Those are all the colors I like. I'd start with the yellow on the outside and see what makes the most sense. I definitely at least want to get to 4 out of the 6 colors as you work towards the center. 7 years ago arn commented on #174 Withdrawn You want me to use all the colors you mentioned in the logo background? 7 years ago arn commented on #174 Withdrawn Okay, thank you, will upload revisions with these colors soon. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #174 Withdrawn those are hex codes but I can use the # 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #174 Withdrawn I like this one the best. Here is the color palette I'm using. I like the yellow to be on the outsides of the logo and for it to move to the pinks and purple in the center of the logo. FFE466 (yellow - outside edges of logo) FF9866 (orange - moving into center) FF6681 (pink orange) FF66CD (pink) E466FF (purple - center of logo) 9866FF (purple - center of logo) 7 years ago arn commented on #171 Withdrawn Please check and tell if the colors are used correctly, or did you asked for different look? By the way im waiting for a color palette you mentioned. 7 years ago arn commented on #171 Withdrawn #174 #175 7 years ago arn commented on #171 Withdrawn #173 , please check. The dancer here is fixed too.. In this (Currently ranked 1st #171) Legs are off of circle a little bit. 7 years ago arn commented on #171 Withdrawn Thank you, will upload soon! 7 years ago arn commented on #169 Withdrawn Yes i know, im working on it now, i saw your message, that after i uploaded this design just in case. Will upload #171 with new colors soon ! 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #169 Withdrawn No, I like #171. No changes to the dancer needed. I would like to focus on the color now! 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #171 Withdrawn I'm liking this one the best. Can we play with some color options now? I have some color ideas, but they are at home. I will send. I know i'd like to see if with the original color palette you chose. Purple/pink to orange/pink to a yellow color. Slowly changing with each line. 7 years ago arn commented on #169 Withdrawn Hey maybe i did not understood you correctly again , how about #172 Uploaded with no text, so we can focus on the logo 7 years ago arn commented on #169 Withdrawn #171 please check 7 years ago arn commented on #166 Withdrawn There are the same brushstrokes, just one side of each of them is sharp and other bold, because we need to make that shiny lights background, this is the only way to make it with the #127 brushstrokes - #170 . Sorry, but tried everything, i swear i'm being honest with you. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #166 Withdrawn Is it possible to use the same brushstrokes that you used in #127 but without the white in between the lines and with the lines still moving in this direction. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #167 Withdrawn Would love to see without the white between the lines. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #169 Withdrawn *white 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #169 Withdrawn The shite is a bit too distracting. Can you remove the white between the colors? I'd love to see this with the pink, orange and yellow as well as the purple and pink (with no white between the lines) 7 years ago arn commented on #165 Withdrawn #166 #167 #168 #169 7 years ago arn commented on #165 Withdrawn Uploaded, please check. 7 years ago arn commented on #165 Withdrawn Thank you. Working on it :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #165 Withdrawn I might also want to see one where the lines aren't painted on or brushstroke but they form a perfect circle as well. Too see which one is best - the painted brushstrokes or the solid lines like you priginally created. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #165 Withdrawn Yes, this is direction I wanted to go in! Can we make the lines look more painted? They only look painted on the ends. I love how it looks like she is in the spotlight! 7 years ago arn commented on #163 Withdrawn #164 #165 - you mean like that? 7 years ago arn commented on #163 Withdrawn Oh, i got it now.. will upload soon. Thank you! 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #163 Withdrawn No, instead of the brush strokes going in a circle, they will come from where the hand is coming from (currently the white lines). I want to colorful brush strokes to make that pattern of the light coming from her hand. Let me know if you want me to draw picture and link to better explain! 7 years ago arn commented on #162 Withdrawn #163 please check. The light's now are made of brush strokes. Did i understood you correctly? 7 years ago arn commented on #162 Withdrawn Oh sorry, now i understand. Will do that later. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #162 Withdrawn Can i get more clear feedback?.. Sorry for not getting it correctly, English is not my native language.. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #162 Withdrawn Yes, I like the slight shift! Now, moving on, can we make the brush strokes coming from her hand as if there is a spot light on her and the brush strokes are the lights shining down? 7 years ago arn commented on #161 Withdrawn #162 - please check. Raised up a little bit. Do we need to raise it more? 7 years ago arn commented on #161 Withdrawn Really sorry, i did not unsderstood you correctly, will upload soon. Thank you. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #161 Withdrawn Let me know if it's not possible, but I'm hoping since it's a line drawing/silhouette, we should be able to come up with an option. i appreciate the effort! 7 years ago arn commented on #161 Withdrawn Oh okay, sorry. Working on it. Will upload ASAP 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #161 Withdrawn I don't want to change the silouette, I just want the arms reaching higher on the original. Does that make sense? I still want it to look like a child and not a ballerina. I just want it to look more energetic and confident. 7 years ago arn commented on #160 Withdrawn I did that because, it isn't enough just to change hand direction ( to raise up) the silhouette is from original picture of my niece's. To make raised arm look normal according to the body you need to create a new sketch.. I hope that makes sense. 7 years ago arn commented on #127 Withdrawn #161 - let's talk about the dancer only now ( after we finish with dancer silhouette, then we will work with other details and colors.) So i decided to sketch a new dancer , tried to go closer as the image you sent me. Maybe this is better now? Looking forward your feedback. 7 years ago arn commented on #160 Withdrawn #161 - let's talk about the dancer only now ( after we finish with dancer silhouette, then we will work with other details and colors.) So i decided to sketch a new dancer , tried to go closer as the image you sent me. Maybe this is better now? Looking forward your feedback. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #160 Withdrawn I'm not sure what I asked for and didn't ask for. I got over 150 designs and commented on many. I just want the feeling or reaching for something (goals, dreams, the stars, etc.) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #127 Withdrawn Looking at the newer designs you uploaded, what if we take the brush strokes in this one, but instead of making them horizontal on the diagonal, they are more like #151 where they steam from the dancers left hand (almost like a shining light). Does that make sense? If we use these colors but allow them to slowely shift between the orange and pink I think that'd look nice too. I hope that makes sense. 7 years ago arn commented on #160 Withdrawn Did you asked them to use the star or they used it on their own first? Sorry for bothering, but i need be sure, because there are rules on LogoTournament we must follow. By the way working on the design right now, will upload ASAP 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #160 Withdrawn No current star in my logo just something a lot of other designers incorporated that I wanted to play with the idea of. No specific image. 7 years ago arn commented on #160 Withdrawn Working on it. Just have one question, you were talking that you had a star on your logo, you mean on your own old logo or you're talking about this Logotournament contest submissions? 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #160 Withdrawn Ok, I'd like to focus on the dancer image and the reaching for the star in order to then move on to color choices. Can you shift the direction of the dancer to have her arms reaching slightly more upwards? Here is an example of what I mean when I say reaching up - https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/06/c0/db/06c0dbf99be9c61787516c14ae98f24a--ballerina-photography-dance-photography.jpg Also, I think the star should be less of an asterisk and more of an actual star. Once we figure out the dancer then I'll work with colors and we can finalize for good! 7 years ago arn commented on #123 Withdrawn Uploaded, please check. 7 years ago arn commented on #123 Withdrawn Hey, did you mean that you had your OWN design where the dancer was reaching up towards a star? Or you're talking about LogoTournament submitted designs? By the way i have this #111 background effect which i can use freely, so i will upload different variations with this effect shortly. 7 years ago arn commented on #123 Withdrawn Thank you.. I can't copy other design ideas, but i will try to express "reaching for your dreams" in other way. And will try to play with colors.:) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #123 Withdrawn Although I might want to play with the colors more (I think this can be accomplished in the final round), is there a way to play with the idea of the dancer reaching for a star? I had one design where the dancer was reaching up towards a star that really resonated with me, but I like your designs better. This helps accomplish the idea of reaching for your goals, dreams, etc. 7 years ago arn commented on #118 Withdrawn #128 - it's the one you requested. also i tried with straight rotated brush lines - #127 Hope you like it. Thank you for your feedbacks and feel free to ask for changes again. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #118 Withdrawn Perfect. I'm really liking the brush strokes. Any other cool way to use brush strokes in the design? 7 years ago arn commented on #118 Withdrawn Thank you, will do that later when i'll get back home. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #118 Withdrawn There is something about #120, #121, and #123 I really like but I'm trying to stay away from all girlie colors.... Can we try the original color palette with the yellow on the outside, pink stays in the middle like this one and the orangy pink on the inside? 7 years ago arn commented on #118 Withdrawn Hey, please check my uploaded revisions, made a lot of different color variations. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #118 Withdrawn Okay, working on it. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #118 Withdrawn Yes! Can I see the same colors but opposite. Just as many options as we can play with helps me determine a final direction. 7 years ago arn commented on #116 Withdrawn #117 #118 please check . Feel free to ask for changes. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #116 Withdrawn Yes, can we keep the color scheme you had before so it's not too close to Joy of Motion's logo? I don't want it to be too close :-) 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Yes, of course, one moment 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn Yes, can we keep the color scheme you had before so it's not too close to Joy of Motion's logo? I don't want it to be too close :-) 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn #115 #116 - pleashe check. Going to the right direction? 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Hey, thank you, working on this right now:) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn I also think I'd like a more modern font. something simple but modern. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn in a circular fashion possibly...? 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn Ok, I think I've figured out what isn't working for me with this logo. I love the colors! I just feel that it is a bit flat. Is there a way to make the background more brush strokey? Kinda like the logo on this webpage? I like how it looks painted..... https://www.joyofmotion.org/ this might make it more dynamic 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Thank you. Would like you to know that this is silhouette of my niece. She does Ballet tap and Jazz. She really likes it a lot. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn Yes, I also really like #105. 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Sure, will try something. By the way did you saw this? - #111 - more "pop out" style. 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn Thanks! I'm struggling with where to go next. I love this logo but there is still something missing. My logo with set the stage for my new branding and I don't see a way to brand my studio off of this quite yet. However, I'm also not sure how to make better. Is there a way to play with something that isn't a dancer's image. Something that shows, movement, excitement, and is playful, but without an actual dancer? Just a thought. 7 years ago arn commented on #111 Withdrawn Please feel free to ask for changes. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Please feel free to ask for changes. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #23 Withdrawn #104 #105 - please check 7 years ago arn commented on #23 Withdrawn #64 #65 - tried to make it more "pop" looking. Please check and tell me what do you think. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #23 Withdrawn Thank you for your feedback, will try to fix this. :) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #23 Withdrawn This is getting there. I like the boldness and how it speaks to what we do, but it still does not have that "pop" yet. The thing that makes it memorable! The thing that shows we are creating unstoppable, strong young girls. 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn #23 #24 #25 - please check. Feel free to ask for changes. :) 7 years ago arn commented on #21 Withdrawn Thank you! Of couse we can, will do that soon.:) 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #21 Withdrawn This is much better! Can we play with the location of our company name? Maybe possibly seeing it on the right hand side as well? Thanks! 7 years ago arn commented on #1 Withdrawn #21 - how about now? 7 years ago districtdanceco commented on #1 Withdrawn I think the color palette needs to be a bit more "fun" and not so drab. Can we also play with the text a bit? 7 years ago
