Thanks for asking.

I will write a complete brief for the logo that haves a strong meaning.

1.
- The principle and irreverence of the logo is to have the form of a arrow, made up various arrows that transmit signals of cohesion, flexibility, knowledge, integrity, balance and strength.
- Colorful tone makes this logo to be something universal.
- Lines of square gives you class and grandiosity.
- Lettering is strong and its union with the form provides the balance needed for this logo to be unique.

2.
- Various arrows are related with the many types of services you can provide to your clients helping them realized their financial goals
- Connection of the arrows assumes a premium service.
- The arrow/arrows point up, will transmit meanings of grow, rise up, future, better investements, life, secure savings, Intelligent, trust/reliability, reputation, fidelity.
- Strong lettering. Color black is related with the power and quality/premium, protection
- Gold is related with the success, archievement & triumph, also associated with abundance and prosperity, luxury, prestige and sophistication, wisdom, value e elegance. The gold color is also optimistic & and positive, generous and giving, compassionate and loving, gold adds richness and warmth to everything with which it is associated - it illuminates and enhances other things around it.
- The square give you class, and a universal feel to the logo. Square have four sides, this four sides are related with universal things like the four elements (fire, water, air, earth), four directions (north, south, east, west), four seasons (spring, summer, fall, winter). And this can bring lots of meanings to the logo. Square are stable and orderly, safe and secure.

- The combination between lettering and logo provide the connection you may search between product, services and clients.

This can have more meanings. But this one is my thoughts. Hope you like my explanation.
