I am liking this one. However, the Oil Derrick is reminding me of a ladder. Do you have another option for that?

Can you eliminate the flame on the oil derick. Then add "est. 1986" somehow.

Also, I would like to see how it looks with some color added into it. Can you make "Pressure Services" Cerecote Bronze.
