Ok.. so let's see some tweaks.. Adding some white to the diamond facets. Maybe a inverse version the silhouette in gradient. Also, have the silhouette larger as if she is breaking out of the Diamond.

We like the overall gradient of the original Diamond just looking for some different tones. The shade of Purple used in the word "Divas" is perfect.
