Here you go a scketch based on your brief where you can ask for any changes or make any suggestions. It's a modern layout, where the bow is made to look like a book, with the leafs through the line effect, what mixes the engeneering layout of the cog with the learning process-the position of the arrow also shows an upwards/positive direction... I'm not very sure about the text to be layed out in your logo but posted as in the brief.
If any sounds promising, even after contest ends submissions are possible for the 1st ranked designer.

Concept of book as a bow is good, but the logo looks complex, Text below can be simply Dhanush.
Can you explain what is that below arrow, round and bend line?

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback. Sorry for late reply but I've just arrived this afternoon to work and thought about a very simple layout with the essence of my first one. The bellow figure from my first entry was a person with wide arms open, embracing the book/arch. On this new layout with just 2 strong solid colors, I've kept the book with/arch/bow and just made a simple arrow in same upwards position in the plain cog background as the first contest entry :-) The typefont is modern and clearly readable. Posting some color options for your best preview. I'll be around till the end of your contest and even after it ends, 1st ranked designer can submit.

Thanks for the new logo designs, i would love to have some more logos from your though process, which are simple, engineering and easy to remember..,

Hi, I request you to see our reference document, in that we also mentioned MEPP Center, which will be our Brand. Logo is fine with us till now. But we also want to see how it will look with MEPP Center as a brand next to the logo. Use only Dhanush in text .(Its ok if we are not able to put EnggServices (India) Private Limited in the logo.)

1. Dhanush should come below logo

3. No need to putting the whole company name , instead Dhanush will do.

Hi! Here you go a evolution from the previous entry, where the arrow is the student figure, again with an upwards/rising direction. Postibg 2 color options and the text you seem to prefer.

Hi! Still on time to submit your prefered entry of mines with the tools as I've seen on the other top ranked entries, and also a new one, even simpler with the 3 elements (MEPP) as the logo itself, concentrating the meaning in one symbol.
