Thanks for your work, your design does not reflect luxury and expensivity too much, its a little bit simple for interior architecture. Please use 1 color with black, change the font with a unique one. Also the initial letter Z and Y must be designed as a unique shape, not like standart fonts, it must be a abstract mark logo
