Thanks for design, the idea of initials of name in amblem is good, also I like that green
Please try to give some effect with glossiness and shadows to show this more luxry, also please try some font alternatives. I guess this logo will be much better with this tricks.
Also if possible add some touches about architecture, maybe a ruller or something else that you find as unique
