#20 & #19, I sort of like the concept of a puzzle since matching candidates with jobs, companies and managers can be a bit of a puzzle to make sure all the pieces fit. I'm struggling with how I might use the symbols on their own to convey the same meaning. #18, the sphere and the dots, I don't get it.
