VERY CREATIVE! #112 I really like the swooshing arrow. I also like the way that the their is an upward progression from left to right. I like the fade above the arc at the top of the three colorful "buildings". I am not as fond of the three buildings in that they remind me of fingers. Maybe that is due to the rounded upper corners??? In this business, there are levels of real estate investment that customers and associates with progress through. Therefore, ideally I would like to see a progression from a house to an apartment to a commercial building. I know that this is a difficult task when trying to maintain a simple logo. Please do not withdraw these since I would like to present them to my colleagues. I would love it if you would attempt to accommodate theses ideas. #111 Same as above.
