This one is great!

It'd be Reyol, but not really sure if we want to stand out the Word Reyol so... this one is good, just make "inmobiliaria Reyol" the same width as "desarrolladora" and try Reyol in dark blue. thx!

i thought it's look like a sun :) sorry.
So may i know the right word for the layout? it has to be Desarrolladora or Reyol as a vocal point?

Nice! maybe to much difference between font sizes, could you try to make Reyol just a bit smaller and the rest of the name bit bigger?

Please change name "Tangamanga" with Reyol... really like your logo, probably try with another font, and a hint of dark gray
