Let me try to offer something more professional looking, with non-generic, or overused symbols that can create problems, if you try to protect it as your official mark.
Tree as symbol of growth and healthy development, constructed with tree symbolic figures, signifying various stages of kid's development. Entry #65 is more pro-looking, and #66 has that Calgary mountain element incorporated, that gives it a bit more casual appearance, but still contemporary looking. Colors are used by your current preference, but I would advise green/blue/gray option,...we can try it if you like the concept!
