just uploaded entry #69, it has concept of some people (community) forming a tooth brush (represent the dental care) inside a speech bubble (represent forum/communication). i'm using the toothbrush because we are talking about the dental care, not only about the tooth itself :) this icon can represent your business, and also can be used as the app icon.
