Great logo design. I like the simplicity and cleanliness of this concept.
Could you maybe try a version with the following changes : - Just one leaf instead of two ? - Maybe make the leaf more abstract and less "pointy" - Enlarge the word "orthodontics" slightly, so it is more visible ? This will need to be seen from across a parking lot.
