I like the wordmark, may a little thinner type of letters, on the pictorial/abstract mark, I think a leaf or crop image could help relate this to agriculture and agribsnss better and work on different tones of green ok, and remember that we need the wordmark, the pictorial/abstract marks and the letter form ok
