Make entire thing larger (fill the block)... Replace "Commissioner" with "for Wendell" and remove FOR WENDELL above.... entire center should be DELOACH

Like the clean look. The "DW" part just doesn't seem relevant. I need more ELECT and design. This one gives the impression that the "DW" IS the logo...
