Delight to GrowLogo Design Contest

Love the treatment on #19, especially with the growth chart in the O of grow. I think we could rev "delight" a bit more. The heart and cursive is a bit too feminine, but maybe we can try a couple different fonts for contrast on delight. I also like the use of lower case on delight and upper case on grow.

We REALLY like #54 and #49... the colors are just a *little* too playful. Can we mute them a bit/use a bit less gradation/give them a bit more muscle to reflect our identity as a high end consulting firm.

#99 - A different concept and also introducing Gold color
#100 - color combination of black and gold for a high end look
#101 - same as #54, but with plan colors and little adjustment of sizes
