Delight to GrowLogo Design Contest

I really like the treatment of the arrow in grow. Could we make it a bit more subtle, and have the second point of the "W" a little higher than the first so that it looks like we are on a continuous upward trajectory? Also, I like the treatment of the arch in the first as if it's a person's smile. Could we play with that a little more without making it cheesy. Great job! Thanks a bunch.

Really like the changes! Can we try slightly more muted colors for the blue and green? They are a bit too playful, and we are aiming for a high end look/feel. Thanks for the new versions!

On #74 I toned down the colors a bit getting rid of the gradient all together.
#75 is a solid color option
