I got some feedback and people like this one too! For another spin to share with my team if it's not too much to ask....On top of the people can we write: Belonging@Seres in a circular pattern. Then on the bottom keep DEI with the words: Diversity - Equity - Inclusion under it? Maybe make the DEI a little smaller?

Instead of an amputee, can we have someone in a wheelcahair?

I really love where this one is going. Is there a way to make it a bit more diverse on the top with the people. Maybe a veteran figure and disabled employee? Is there also a way to incorporate @Seres? Don't know if this is possible but my initial thoughts. Thanks so much for this!
