Hi, can we change the outline around “defend” and “Melbourne” to black?

We plan to use this logo on black shirts so it’s important the letter colours are correct and the image background is transparent.

White Font needs outline (preferably one of the blue colours for outline/font border

I really like this. Can you keep everything the same and change to a white background - keep the writing white with a black outline? So I know what it would look like on a T-shirt
