Can you put a picture or something else in the circle... Make it more of a character inside the emblem. A bald eagle with wings streched wide may be neat, or some other animal to characterize the symbol perhaps... The bars are not needed and it does not have to symbalize anything to do with the financial industry. Thanks.

Instead of an up close picture of an Eagel, maybe just the outline of one soaring with the "full" wing span and white head and tail... Thanks
