My approach is a bit more clean which I have shown in some entries like #135.
When I have a busy icon, I prefer to keep the text more basic to create a modern contrast. I don't think there is something more to explore here.

I would love to see if you have any further adjustments to this design, taking into regards the market and other clients you’ve worked for and what’s been effective for them! During this finalist stage I would love to see if you think something could be improved upon/ your own creative license on the logo!

Can i see this design with brighter tones of purple, green and yellow? As for the font, possible some colours too? If you could add a mountain graphic into this design too that would be very on brand!
