You are correct. Pick a different icon for the chart. We just want to see icons in the box. Maybe use the arrow.

Thanks for the idea but I may not be able to use the exact bar chart for the bottom part. I can do the gear, lightbulb & circuit etc. the other designer have that element in the design I hope you understand.

We are 99% there. We love that you put an arrow in the box, but what if we put an icon into each side of the box to represent what we do? For left face - icon of an idea lightbulb. For the top face - icon of a gear or 1's and 0's like code or circuitry or puzzle pieces. Finally for the bottom face - icon of a bar chart. P.S. Please remove the bottom tagline.

We like this one, we feel like "grow" is just floating out there. Can we see some different versions where "grow" is worked into the logo more.
