Thanks for the feedback.
I was trying to create something eye-catching without being too busy. I figured a dog tag shape would also lend itself well for advertising purposes (product tags could be shaped like the dog tag, etc.). I'll submit another version.

Without a picture of a dog; this puts more emphasis on the name of your company.
