here is one option on white and another one to show you how it could look on camo. i think i've made this in the style you're going for. let me know if you have any other ideas you need incorporated. thanks.

Like this logo, but don't like how the deer looks like a cartoon character. Good overall design, really like the font, and how the words are placed. Would be perfect if it had a better looking buck (keep the brush/grass)

i will work on improvements for the buck to make it less cartooney - that was not my intention. thanks for the feedback.

i uploaded one with a more slender head and i tightened up the facial features a bit. does this help?

I originally thought a cursive font would be best, but I really like this design. I posted an image of previous logo designs I attempted to give you better idea of how the deer should look. The deer in your design looks too "clip art" and doesn't portray a "strong buck.". I love the rest and think it would go great for what we're looking for if you can find a different deer to use. I like having the brush next to the deer and the oval. Try to find a way to match up the penn state logo look going for with the second image I posted. Great design

i see if i can rework the deer. are you looking for a silhouette or are you wanted details in the face like my entry shows?

I just uploaded another picture; its the Tecomate logo. I really like your font choice and the layout of the words. I also like the oval design and the brush. Can you re-work the deer to make it look something like the picture I uploaded?

i added a thicker neck and made the antlers more jagged and tried to give the buck the sense of a stronger/authoritative posture. what do you think?

made more detail in the rack so you can see more of the curviture of the far side of it. also made it bigger so the deer looks more trophy-like.
