I am really happy to make further development or editing based on your suggestion to the logo design. But its already in finalist phase. On this phase, only top 5 ranked design that able to submit more design, and i am on the 6th rank. SO i can not make this change based on your feedback, and upload it. Please, if you still consider my work, i will make it As soon as possible. Thanks.

Also try a version where the "HIGH QUALITY LEADERSHIP" is on two separate lines?

Are there any versions that you could make the "tail" of the Q show differently. Say, out of the right side vs. left, etc.....?
