alternate style of the frame aligns with the cross and finishes on each side of the below tagline. I think the full-frame is creating an unnecessary big gap of white space. you can choose which style fits your liking.
Can you do one with just a regular "I"...you may have that already. But I would like 4 iterations for survey sake...thank so much. This is coming to an end likely by end of today or tomorrow.
One final request then I believe we are done...could you do the same logo above and just do a regular I for comparison as I agree the simplicity is important and don't want to overdue it.
I agree less might be more but would like to see what you can do as your design skills are terrific. Notice in the logo I sent the font is more of a military style font
Can you put the rifle in the boot and flip it so business side of rifle is in the boot...this is what soldiers do to memorialize a fallen soldier in combat
I think integrating the riffle, boot and helmet took away the personality and simplicity of the initial logo design. The best is to let the veteran symbol in the V speaks for itself without an extra element interfering with it, but you can decide what you prefer.
Yes, this might be the winner...thanks for your help. We will continue to refine the logos, but thus far, these are coming together super well and you are further separating yourself from the crowd
The stand-alone cross inside the D and the soldier in the V.
If I keep the D blocking with all black, it doesn't go well with the rest of the letter. Keeping the white space in the middle as the substitute of the soldier silhouette in the previous entry.
Hi Mark, thanks for liking this new idea. Great, you catch the cross symbol.
The negative space between the A&V as the shape of a crucifix is quite special. :)
Would like just to see the soldier eliminated from the D and what the cross might look like...could move the soldier back into the V and give me no swords.
Update without the star of David.
Instead of putting the crucifix alone before the name, I think it would create a balance by integrating the crucifix into the name.

The size of the first letter D is equal to the rest.
